📅 Booking cancellation

• ✅ Cancellations made 2 or more hours before the session start are free of charge.
• ❌ Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the start are non-refundable.
• ⚠️ For club members: cancelling less than 2 hours before the session triggers a penalty equal to the price of one visit at the current rate. The penalty must be paid before your next booking.

🚫 Alcohol

Consuming alcohol anywhere on the club premises is strictly prohibited. Breaking this rule leads to a permanent account ban with no refund.

👥 Guests

Thermal therapy visits by guests who are not club members are paid separately at the current guest rate. Payment is required regardless of your membership type.

🌿 Conduct and care for the venue

Club motto: "Be reasonable during your visits"

• 🧹 Clean up after yourself after each visit.
• 🔔 Let the administration know about any issues or malfunctions you notice.
• 🤝 Behave in good faith and with respect toward other guests and staff.

📱 Digital Platform & Account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your device and login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• On the mobile app, biometric login (Face ID / fingerprint) is verified on your device only — we never receive your biometric data. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a lost, shared, or compromised device.

🔄 Health PRO Subscription

• Health PRO is a separate, optional digital add-on (AI health plans and Health Coach chat) purchased for a fixed one-month period.
• 🔁 Health PRO does not auto-renew or bill you automatically. Access simply expires at the end of the paid period — repurchase manually to continue or extend it.
• 🚫 Health PRO purchases are non-refundable once activated.

📷 Your Photos & Content

When you upload photos for meal logging or skin assessment, or upload health documents, you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the requested feature (e.g. AI nutrition or skin analysis). We do not sell or repurpose your content — see our Privacy Policy for how it's stored and protected.
