Public offer

1. General provisions

This document is the public offer of the limited liability company "LONGEVITY CLUB" (hereinafter — the Provider) and defines the terms on which services are supplied to clients (hereinafter — the Customer).

Paying for services or booking a session on the website constitutes the Customer's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.

3. Subject of the contract

The Provider grants the Customer access to wellness-club services, including:

• Thermal therapy rental (single session or with a membership);
• Red light therapy (photobiomodulation);
• Functional and laboratory tests (by separate appointment).

4. Pricing and payment

Current rates for the Provider's services (single thermal therapy session, memberships, guest visits, etc.) are published on the website and in the Customer's personal account. The Provider may change rates; updates take effect from the moment of publication and do not apply to services already paid for.

• Single thermal therapy session: 30 minutes, at the current rate.
• Membership: 1 free booking per day, at the current rate.
• Family membership: 2 free bookings per day, at the current rate.
• Military personnel and their families: free of charge.

Payment is made in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) through the Monobank payment service at the moment of booking or membership purchase.

5. Cancellation and refund terms

• ✅ Cancellations made 2 or more hours before the session start are refunded in full.
• ❌ Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the start are non-refundable.
• ⚠️ For club members: cancelling less than 2 hours before the session triggers a penalty equal to the price of one session at the current rate, payable before the next booking.
• 🚫 Memberships are non-refundable once activated.

6. Visit rules

• 🚫 Consuming alcohol anywhere on the club premises is strictly prohibited.
• 👥 Non-member guests pay separately at the current rate.
• 🧹 Clean up after yourself after each visit.
• 🔔 Report any malfunctions to the administration.

7. Liability

The Provider is not liable for harm to health caused by the Customer breaching the visit rules or medical contraindications. The Customer confirms they have no contraindications to thermal therapy or heat-based treatments.

8. Personal data protection

The Provider processes the Customer's personal data (name, Telegram ID) solely for the purpose of providing services and does not share it with third parties without the Customer's consent, except as required by Ukrainian law.

9. Dispute resolution

All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in court in accordance with Ukrainian law.
