What If I'm Not Bryan Johnson?

Hi friend,

We're weird… we get it.

No need to be shy, let's get into the top questions we get.

Does your protocol work for everyone… or just Bryan?

Blueprint is made for adults of all ages and genders.^ Our protocols are built from population-level research first, then implemented by Bryan. Now, over 350,000 people do Blueprint, too.

Does it work for women?

We built this for women, too. The ingredients were carefully selected to ensure they weren't going to negatively impact female-specific hormones or biological processes. Along with hundreds of thousands of women, Blueprint co-founder, Kate Tolo, has been doing Blueprint for 3 years.

Do you disclose exact doses?

Yes. We disclose all supplement doses. A lot of companies play marketing games. They will label their products as "Proprietary Blends". This is when a company intentionally avoids disclosing what supplements are in their products and the doses of those supplements. This can be dangerous because you don't know what you're consuming. We don't do that.

How about "pixie dusting"?

We don't pixie dust. This is when a company includes a teeny amount of a supplement in their product just to say they include it. We formulate with study-level doses.

Does Bryan really consume Blueprint products?

Yes. Bryan consumes Blueprint products daily as part of his longevity protocol. He relies on Blueprint because he believes it is the most scientifically rigorous and tested food and nutrition in the world.

Heavy metals and purity… should I be worried?

Foods naturally have trace levels of heavy metals. Our products are third-party tested and we publish those results on our website. In the last year alone, Blueprint spent over $600,000 testing our ingredients. So we agree, whether you're buying from us or someone else, always check for a 3rd party certificate of analysis (CoA) to make sure you know what you're consuming.

Is it overpriced?

Our products are lower cost than if you bought the ingredients yourself. Even if you bought the ingredients, you'd still need to third-party test each, which is time-consuming and expensive. We do all of this for you. Most people want an easy button when it comes to health. That's what we are.

Why did you start selling products?

We built Blueprint to solve our own needs because it didn't already exist in the world. We needed specific ingredients, at specific doses, with third-party testing. So we built it. Bryan Johnson himself is Blueprint's #1 customer. After building it for ourselves, friends and family asked for access, and then their friends and family. It became a business by accident. There are hundreds of thousands of people thriving on Blueprint. It's the best longevity stack in the world. And it was built for the right reasons: to solve for our own curious case of pushing the frontiers of wellness forward.

Is it safe?

These ingredients have been studied extensively for safety and efficacy. We built everything in an affordable, easy-to-consume package.

What science is Blueprint built upon?

We analyzed decades of scientific research. The ingredients are selected from 3rd party scientific studies based upon millions of participants.

Why not just eat whole foods?

We agree, whole foods are great and are foundational to our protocol. A typical 'whole food' diet cannot provide all of the supermolecules supported by the scientific evidence. It would be the equivalent of consuming kilos of food and thousands of calories every day to reach the nutritionally comparable study-level amounts. It doesn't matter if you're a carnivore, vegan, keto, etc. If you want study-level nutrition, you'll need to supplement. We built Blueprint to be as easy, tasty, and convenient as possible. A team of doctors and researchers spent a year working behind the scenes. It's the lowest-complexity, highest-density supermolecule protocol to match the science.

But what about personalization? and genetics?

Personalization is great… as humans, we all also have a lot in common. Our Blueprint protocols focus on the power laws of population-level health. For example, sleep is good for everyone. So is exercise. Similar principles apply to nutrition. Universal health protocols will get you 80% of the benefits without needing to customize. Once that foundation is solid, personalization helps you capture the final 20%.

Isn't it bad to take too many supplements?

It is true that more supplementation does not mean better health. If you supplement, it's best to be targeted and focus on the ingredients that have the most robust scientific evidence. That's what we've tried to do: research the scientific literature and target the specific supermolecules most relevant for population-level health. Quality is also important. Many supplements are not third-party tested, so you don't know what you're putting into your body. Blueprint products are third-party tested, and you can see the reports on the website.

Aren't powdered foods bad? Isn't that processed?

"Processed" isn't bad. It just means transformed. Washing, chopping, blending, or milling are all forms of processing. Nearly everything you eat is processed. The real problem is ultra-processed junk, including additives, sugars, and unstable oils that hijack health. Our formulations are precision nutrition designed to meet study-level targets. Nutrients proven in research but nearly impossible to hit from diet alone.
